Why are the Inks so much more pricier? Inks are the premium line of switches under Gateron. The Ink housing versus milky housing…. everyone’s experience is different, but I would say the Inks give off a thockier sound profile than the milky’s. Main difference would definitely be how smooth it is as STOCK. Gateron does not specify what the housing material is, but I would believe the plastic (housing) has a lower co-efficient of friction because of how smooth the stroke is. These switches come lightly pre-lubed. You can lube over.
