This is Gateron Switch Puller V2. They are made from aluminum giving them a great premium feel. The design is also pretty innovative and makes pulling out switches much easier. It also prevents damages to the switches or your plate by applying force in a specific manner, which you might not be able to do using a cheaper switch puller.
